Account and communication data
We process your company name and code, email address, account details and messages you send us to create access, provide the service and respond to enquiries. The legal basis is performance of a contract or steps taken at your request before entering into one. Billing data is processed to comply with applicable legal obligations.
Security and technical data
We use sessions, single-use links, request limits and technical logs to protect access. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in protecting the service and preventing abuse. Passwords are stored as cryptographic hashes.
Data entered by your company
The customer company determines the purposes for processing data about its customers and employees. ADVANTEK OOD processes this data on its behalf when providing Orbit. Specific instructions, retention periods, subprocessors and procedures for returning or deleting data are governed by a data processing agreement with the customer company.
Recipients and services
We use NS1 for hosting and sending service emails. Access is granted to people who need it to maintain and provide the service, and to competent authorities where required by law. For information about specific integrations and processing locations, contact us before enabling them.
Retention
Account data is used while the service is provided. After termination, retention periods depend on the customer company's instructions, the need to conclude the relationship, applicable legal obligations and the defence of legal claims. Trial expiry restricts access but does not automatically delete company data. To request a return or deletion of data, email hello@orbitws.net.
Your rights
Subject to applicable conditions, you may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction and portability, and object to processing based on legitimate interests. You may lodge a complaint with the Bulgarian Commission for Personal Data Protection: cpdp.bg. Where your data was entered by your employer or another customer company, address your request to that company first.
Cookies
The public website does not use advertising or analytics cookies and has no external tracking tools. The application at app.orbitws.net uses a necessary session cookie for login. Your animation and language preferences are stored locally in your browser.
