Orbit Workspace is a web application for organising company work. Access and available features depend on your selected plan, enabled modules and user role. These pages describe the service; any specific paid order and its terms are confirmed in writing.
Registration and trial
Registration requires email verification. The trial lasts 7 days from company creation, with all modules and up to 5 active users. No credit card is required. Choosing a plan during registration is not a payment and does not trigger automatic charges.
Pricing and activation
Public prices are monthly per company, excluding VAT, with the stated number of users. Payment is by bank transfer after the plan, period and amount due have been agreed in writing. Paid access is activated by the Orbit team. Additional users, migrations, integrations and custom development are agreed separately.
Expiry and termination
After the trial ends, access is restricted until a subscription is activated. Data is not automatically deleted at expiry. To terminate the service, request your data or request deletion, contact hello@orbitws.net. The duration of paid access, renewal and termination terms are set out in the written subscription confirmation.
Company administrator and acceptable use
The company administrator manages accounts and access for their team. The customer is responsible for the lawfulness of the data entered and the access granted. Use for illegal activities, unauthorised access, spam or disruption of the service is not permitted.
Documents, assistant and integrations
Check document contents and assistant suggestions before use. The current invoice template does not charge VAT. Custom integrations may require separate configuration and terms from the external provider.
Data and support
Data processing is described in the privacy policy. Processing on behalf of the customer company is governed by a separate agreement. For support and questions: hello@orbitws.net.
